Wild animals in distress need immediate help.
If you think an animal is in distress, contact a wildlife rehabilitator right away. An experienced rehabilitator will help you decide what the next steps should be.
An animal in distress may:
- Follow humans
- Be orphaned
- Be wobbly on its feet
- Walk or run in circles
- Be bleeding or obviously injured
- Act strange
